RAB re-wired our entire house. I can’t say enough about RAB’s professionalism, work ethic, communication and promptness. We recently purchased and had a whole house generator installed by RAB Electric and we are very pleased with the service we received from them. Their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They recommended a generator that best suited our needs and handled the entire installation process. From scheduling our gas and electric meter upgrades, to the installation of the generator, to setting up and activating the warranties. We barely had to lift a finger on our parts. These guys are amazing! They installed a generator, new breaker box, lighting and did other miscellaneous wiring for us. This was a pretty big job, but they were able to get everything done in one day! They are very knowledgeable, hardworking and courteous! Their charges are also very reasonable! I called these guys on Wednesday January 30, 2019 at 2:30 AM . . . -40 Windchill outside. They were here in Towanda to fix our Generac Stand-By Generator in 45 minutes and set us up with a maintenance agreement for only $150/year. These guys are awesome!

Can’t say enough good about RAB Electric. We have used them for 11 years for our first generator. We had a power outage and our generator went down, Ross showed up the next day checked generator and found out we still had no power. Ross jumped in and fixed everything we need and had our power fixed in less then 2 hours. We greatly appreciate all Ross did to help us out of a jam when it would have been another 2 days before any other company could show up. We also bought our second generator from him knowing we will be taken care of.

RAB installed a whole home Generator on our home. we had other estimates but theirs was the lowest. Nate was able to give us some good advice on the size we needed and about the installation process. We decided to use the Generac financing for some of the cost. Laura in the RAB office was great in giving us information on how to apply on the phone and what information we would need. the install was done in a timely manner with the service man being very professional and friendly. I can't say enough about RAB I can see we have a long relationship with them for all our electrical needs and I will be letting others I know who needs any electrical work done about RAB!

I worked with Nate on the pre-sale evaluation and sale. He was available throughout the entire process and was always available to answer questions (very patiently) and help coordinate the details of the install. Laura was great on scheduling and coordinating everything with Ameren and with working out the details with the Morton Gas utility.
